I took two semesters of meteorology in college (that was in the late Holocene Epoch) but I'm very much an amateur weather guesser. And trying to guess weather patterns two weeks out is tough enough for the professionals.
Looking at the upper air patterns over Siberia, however, leads me to think there'll be a shift that brings the current East Coast blizzards to the West Coast. Maybe. Hopefully.
