Bear River - twice. both recovered with the fish(1 carp and 1 cat)
Bear Lake - ice fishing. recovered with 10 lb Mack.
similarly, I also had another incident where I was fishing under a bridge on the bear river and somehow severed my line when I set the hook on a fish and hit my rod on the underside of the bridge. Ended up snagging the line and recovering my lure with the fish.
