flaming gorge flow projections?

I have been looking online to find some sort of release schedule for Flaming gorge without much luck. I have found a site that tells updates the history everyday but nothing for projected flows other than a vague statement that they plan to increase some time in March. I am planning a trip the last part of February or the first of March but I don't want to get down there on the day they decide to jump the release. Does anyone know of a website that shows projected flows?
