Thank goodness the season is over

People are bunched up because of no access. I have been on the ice many a time and only seen a few people. Weekends there are more but still not a city. I LIVE 45 minutes from the lake so I ice fish it more than most. I fish it all season long and have for 46 years. I catch my biggest fish in October and not through the ice. To blame ice fishing for the lose of all big cuttbows is bad logic. To many other things come into play. I think I read somewhere that the cuttbow life expectancy is 5 years, maybe someone else knows for sure.
