Porcupine Ice

I was up there yesterday, there is about half acre open water on the south side but the rest is iced. I fished the inlet area to about 19 feet and did not get abite. I spoke with a guy who was fishing in deeper water and he got skunked also. I did see a guy fishing just off the dam so that ice must be ok there. The road around the lake is in good shape.
