I agree with the FishSlayer. I work for Coldwell Banker Commercial and my guys tell me BPS has been looking a sites in the past but can't make up their minds where they want to locate. Cabelas, Sportsmen's and Sheels cover the market very well. There isn't much room for another large outdoor retailer in this market.
