Thank goodness the season is over

There are still trophy size fish in Henry's. Just need to find them. I released a 29" fatty on New Years Day over by the hatchery. No photos to prove it though so you'll have to take my word for it though as I left my phone in my car. I had lost him earlier in the day when my swivel caught the edge of the hole and he broke off with jig in mouth. I instantly put my other jig set up down the hole and within 1-2 minutes I hooked him again. He took 2 good runs on me and spooled out a bunch of line but I eventually landed him on top. He still had the jig that broke off my line in his mouth. I was using a 3/8oz chartruse jig with a while curly tail tipped with a bullhead.
