Nice thread with a lot of good facts and comments. One thing not addressed is the natural desire of many to keep the biggest fish they catch. This applies to all fisherman whether soft or hard water. Some of us have overcome that desire and recognize the value of releasing the big ones to be caught another day. I'm not advocating strict catch and release, just release the big ones. Want some to eat, keep the smaller fish to help with the removal of the over population of the lake and allow the good sized fish to grow to trophy size which all of us want to catch. Keep a phone or camera handy for a quick picture and release those big boys for all to enjoy. Henrys is a special place where many people catch their fish of a lifetime. With quality re-productions there is no need to keep a trophy fish for a wall mount. Personally I think the repro's look better than a skin mount and last much longer.
