My wife and I "snoozed the news" and turned in after our customary celebration of the New York standard time New Year festivities. Only problem was that the fireworks addicted idiots around our neighborhood saved far too many July noisemakers for last night's gala and felt compelled to use them all up for our enjoyment.
There oughtta be a law. Wait a minute. There is one, but nobody pays any attention.
Anyway, Happy New Year. See ya on the water some time this year.
