I don't know on 24 Mile. I went by Alexander a day or two ago, and it had a thin ice coat with snow on it. I don't know how thick since I didn't stop. From that I would guess that 24 Mile would also have at least a thin shell of ice.... and probably a little more than that. Good luck.
