Jaw jacker freezing???

Just be very careful with the trigger. I shovel all the ice and snow away from the hole. When I catch a fish I move the jaw jacket to the side in order to make sure that the fish doesn't splash on the trigger. If the trigger gets frozen then I remove the bar with the trigger and tap it on my knee the ice falls out and the trigger works again. Really it's best to just prevent the problem in the first place. I love my jaw jackers.
