Hey, Bassman, I take it you didn't quite follow how the posting happened. You've been a bit harsh towards Coot, despite the fact the Coot DID post some specifics initially.
But later, someone who herself used to post exact flys, setups, and depths called him on it. So Coot, being the considerate person he is, redacted the info. Check the post dates, and the edit time/date.
You seem to get awfully bent out of shape about someone elses choice that has no tangible impact on you. If you don't like reading generic posts, or ones where someone changes their mind, perhaps fishing forums are not the right place for you.
