Speaking of salsa, I love my salsa recipe that I have tweaked over the last 15 years. It is finally perfect and even taken first place in a few salsa contests. I've attached it to this post to share in case anybody might be interested. Kind of reminds me of the old "Salsa Boyz" parties of years gone by.
