i think this could be a relatively cheap way of getting salmon and stealhead over the hells canyon dam complex. Wouldn't it be cool to see salmon making it back up to twin falls and the creeks/rivers that dump into the snake river along the way. Also think of the economic boom that we would gain by having a fishable run coming up that high. The fringe benefits to the sturgeon especially would be quite advantageous to those of us who like fishing for dinos
