I observed a total of 7 anglers on the ice. Talked to one--he brought out a limit of rainbows, also caught several small perch. The ice was 4-6 inches thick and he was out about 200 yards. I would still suggest extreme caution as this is the Provo River inlet. The road is not plowed and likely will not be--there has been so much snow that the park employees can't even keep the main park clear. If you go to Rock Cliff you'll need 4-wheel drive.
