I have used zyrtec and claritin generics. I also have used Quercetin on lighter days. It works quite well.

This last spring was the most miserable I have been since my allergies started so I decided to try some over the counter immune therapy. Local honey and Allergena drops. I have taken them twice a day for about 3 or 4 months now. A two ounce bottle lasts me at my reduced dose about two or three months.
So far I have not had any fall allergies and usually the fall ones started in Aug were worse than spring.
The drops are spendy at $25 a 2 oz bottle, but if I can build up my immunity through them it will be worth it. I will continue taking a small dose daily for a year or so.
They are NOT an immediate relief solution. They build up your immunity to pollens over time.

Allergena zone 7 is for Idaho. For Utah you should probably get zone 6
