hebgen lake
#3
Trolling across from Yellowstone Holiday is a good place to start. Start on the east end and go till you hit the main body of the lake, Cowbells in silver, hammered brass work well also.

trolling the Madison Arm from across from Madison Resort west to the point can be good.

Also the west side of the lake rom the Cherry Creek campground north for a mile can be good.

Also up by the dam on the west side of the lake can be good and downriggers work well up there.

I have fished the lake for over 50 years and it is one of my most favorite lakes,

Warning the Lake can get very rough and dangerous if you aren't careful. Just pay attention to the weather, If the lake gets chop running over a couple of feet it is time to get off ASAP.
