Stopped for a view yesterday on way back from Daniels which is only 15 miles from Hawkins 10 of which is gravel. Yes it appears there is ample water for a try. If fishing is not good you are only 25 minutes to Daniels which is a decent fishery although the fish are half the size I catch 30 minutes from my home on the fly rod.
