Since this traffic isn't getting any better in Parleys I guess I'll post my report now.
Got to Rock Cliff a little after 9 and on the water around 9:30 after setting up my toon and three rods. Started out throwing some Clouser minnows I tied up with only one hit the entire time I was there. Didn't get anything else on flies, crankbaits or jerkbaits.
Headed back and decided to give the weed beds a go. Good decision. Caught two smallies both about 9"-10" on a Rainbow Trout Flicker Shad. Then a very nice surprise...my first perch ever and my first perch on a fly. I caught that 9.5" rascal on a BH Blood Bugger. Ended the day with another smallie that went about 11".
Now I'm stuck going up Parleys Canyon thanks to a semi roll 9 very by Lambs Canyon. At least I still get service. [
