South Fork Salmon River, Salmon Season Closing

We were up there in early August last year and there were hundreds of fish in the deep pools. the natives were catching them right and left at the bridges. I assure you there will be a lot of fish available for the natives in the coming weeks. Not sure why they are keeping the fish away from the tag holders. But I wish I knew.
