Got out with my neighbor, Kirk, about 4:30. Since the current was running, hit some shell & rock areas. In about a 10 min. period, had a 5.2, 5.0, & 4.4 on a jig. Caught 2 other smaller keepers on the same area. Met Kirk at the ramp & headed to another drop & we had 5 or 6 about 12-15' deep. Moved to a long point & Kirk gets a nice 4# on a shakey head with a creature bait. Moved to a hump before dark & managed 3 more fish with another 4# before calling it quits about 9:45. Fun evening & even got to see some fireworks!
