Can you keep bass at Lowell now?

Thank you for the fine work you guys do. They oughta drain Lowell and let it go back to sagebrush instead of the artificial ecosphere that's been created. Got the same problem with the Feds at Walcott. Fall plantings of fish work best after the birds leave. Just saying.
