I understand all that. You did not address my post. I am well aware of tournament rules in Idaho. A friend and I testified at a legislative committee hearing that was going to outlaw bass tournaments in Idaho. Our presentation kept the proposed law from passing the committee. This was probably before you picked up your first fishing rod.
