upper salmon/south fork Chinook season set

Fished all day monday and tues morning in the lower end on one of the top holes in the river. No adults caught monday and 5 caught tues morn. Managed to catch a hatchery adult yesterday and my buddy caught one on monday at mile marker 26 vicinity. About 80 percent of the fish being caught are wild which corresponds with the Krassel site 89 of the 118 pit tags over Krassel are wild fish. 6 of the seven reported today. A friend reported 6 caught by people in the hole this morning by 9am and he was able to tag one to complete his 20. Fish checker from poverty on down yesterday only reported 5 fish caught all day tuesday at around 8:30pm to him. Actually really good fishing last week in the 10 good holes below Stanley to the East Fork. Same story of about 4-1 ratio wild to hatchery. Fishing has slowed a little the last few days.
