Where to go this weekend?

I'm in a bit of a bind. We are planning on going out somewhere this weekend, heading out Thursday evening like the rest of the world. We haven't reserved anywhere, so I'm not even sure where we might find that we can go. It will be me, my wife, and 4 girls. We will probably spend 1 day fishing, and who-knows-what the other day. Any suggestions? My preference would be strawberry for the fishing side, but anything in about that distance. If we camp it will be by tent with the boat or camp trailer with shore fishing. I just don't know if we will be able to find any camping spots this late in the game.
The other alternative is finding a hotel in Park City, and heading out for the one day fishing, then the next day doing the Park City thing.
