upper salmon/south fork Chinook season set

I heard yesterday that the Sawtooth hatchery also has 2 fish in it. We fished a good stretch of river below Salmon yesterday and never touched a fish. When we pulled out we were checked by the creel checker and a warden 10 minutes later and neither one of that had checked a fish yesterday. Its a week to 10 days out i think before the fishing will actually pick up. The river is high but very fishable. Hope to have a report this week as I'll be going out in the evenings after work.
