Lower Provo River Access Question

I fish the Lower in that area often and haven't had an issue as long as I don't walk through the campground. I stay in the river and have talked to people in the trailers that don't seem to take issue with me being there. Two years ago there was one cabin owner that confronted people and tried to get the whole association to enforce it and some of the other cabin owners rejected the idea and actually put up signs that said welcome fishermen, but please respect our property. So the battle continues and it is still in the courts who will ultimately decide.
