No doubt we all want more fish, because that's how it should be. Lots of things need to be done to guarantee great runs on a consistent basis. Even though rapid river releases far more smolts, the runs still aren't reliable.

My question is, why do sawtooth and pahsimeroi not flood the river with more smolts? Either way you're talking about hatchery fish. before the barricades were built, we had far more fish without the supplementation...
