The water in the main will be good by thursday and is fishable now. I do not think there was any backside push above the slide. It is really a 7 day trip above the slide and most of the those fish above should hit Riggins incrementally by Sat. There should be a corresponding gap from the bottom up for up to five or more days and then a big push as the stacking eye of the needle fish come up in pretty much one body. 75% of the run should hit from the 12th to 22nd.. First end of next week could be very slow with main body hitting pine bar by 10th or 11th if indeed slide continues to be that big of barrier above 40000. Question is what is that flow exactly? If there is no gap then apparantly enough fish can get through to maintain adequate movement at the 50000 flow. Fishing could be pretty good all week and if the little Salmon hits 50 degrees it will also fish OK this week. Yes the fishing could be good by this weekend.
