Don't take my word on it, but I thought I seen $200 a night for 10 people, price was cheaper for less people. Contact Gateway store and cafe, they do have a Facebook page.

I don't represent them or anything, so I honestly don't know their prices. Just saying what I saw a few months back on this thing called the internet.
