In the past I have had just enough issues with know-it-all drunk rude trailer trash jerks that I always carry when fishing and especially when salmon fishing. I'm a really nice guy. I help nubes get into fish, will help anyone out who needs it, and can get along with just about anyone who wants to be gotten along with. Amazingly though, I haven't had many issues at all since I started carrying. I guess carrying somehow causes folks to sober up?
Oh, yeah. There is one more thing I do. I stay away from the little river, especially anything near where Rapid River dumps into it. That area seems to attract trailer trash like nobody's business. I don't fish for stress, I fish for stress relief, so I stay away from the high traffic areas and hope to not run into any of the groups (family names) mentioned in other threads sometimes referred to as locals. Those "locals" are some of the biggest jerks I've seen in my life.
