Our access to public resources is being impinged. Judge Joel Tingey has granted private citizens exclusive access to a navigable portion of the Snake River near Idaho Falls commonly called Gem Lake harbor.

Idaho tax payers are paying for management of fish and other resources for the exclusive use of those who own property adjacent to the harbor.

This is not right.

The Idaho Attorney General has been asked to review the matter, but has shown limited interest in doing so.

Please use your influence to ensure this violation of our rights is corrected quickly.
