The fish they haul from hells canyon to Buhl, they are same genetics that used to spawn in salmon falls creek. The dams stopped the natural process. There are 3 federal and 3 state steelhead hatcheries in Buhl. The bio mass of the whole system is outta wak.

I think they should fill the raceways and start dumping smolts all over the snake tributaries in the magic valley.
