![[Image: IMG00869-20140403-1836.jpg]](http://www.bigfishtackle.com/photos/data/500/medium/IMG00869-20140403-1836.jpg) Here's my 14' smokercraft with a flat bottom. I had some recent work done on it with a full storage compartment for my fuel tank, 12 volt deep cycle and bilge pump+tackle so the rest of the floor and lid is nice and open for fishing. The handle extention is awesome for standing and steering . I too have an electric troller mounted on the front. This boat has been awesome, I got caught in the narrows in a bad wind storm and it was brutal. 4' swells, My dog and I were soaking wet from the splash. My dog was scared! He glued himself between my legs and wouldn't move. It was nuts. Me too I was pretty dang scared, I just took those swells head on and we made it back to the cottonwood ramp. That was scary. I would say a boat like this would suit you awesome. I upgraded to a 25 horse johnson and I can get up on a plane now when I'm by myself almost 20 mph. There are a ton of different types of boats out there!
