i love lip less cranks i have never tried lucky crafts line but Excalibur xr and xrk line are very good for the money and i have caught alot of big smallies on the them even in cold water but i would have to say my favorite lure for bass would have to be a senko because the are so easy to use i can take a 5 year old to the river in the summer texas rig a senko and catch fish all day very little snags and in a river u can just drift them for trout i like to use the smallest size spin in glow with a gang hook set up tipped with a worm or power bait
