How's the water situation looking next year?

Agreed.

That's not going to stop 90% of the morons that have their sprinklers on at 1:00pm, however.

Pet peeve, and a sure way to NEVER get me to shop at your store, is if you are running your sprinklers during the day. It drives me crazy to see businesses do that crap.
