How's the water situation looking next year?

Hard to say without knowing what we will be getting in the next few months. Even if we don't get a lot of snow in the mountains there is a chance that we could get a web spring or a wet summer and that should fill most of the lakes, so if that happens then we won't be any worse than last year. If I took a wild guess, I'd say the water levels will be worse this year and we will be seeing some major water rationing for lawns.[:/]
