How's the water situation looking next year?

We are no where near where we need to be for even a normal water year, the last I heard was we were in the 65% range. Unless the storms we are suppose to get really dumps on us there is no way we will have a normal water year. [frown][frown] If we were to have a wet spring, maybe it would help a little but we need snow in the mountains to store the water to really help us, other wise the water just goes out into the great salt lake.
