Saturday we were fishing Strawberry. My uncle was fishing in 8 fow with a finder, I was fishing 25 fow with no finder and I out fished him.

My theory is the fish are a little wiser in the shallower water so they are little more hesitant to bite. I like fishing a bit deeper to "cover my tracks".
