Bow???? Or Hybrid. I have consumed both Hybrid and Brook from Fall henry's. As one that rarely eats fresh water fish, both were very good with preferrence to the Hybrid. May be ingredients.
I do understand the mossy or muddy taste which I have experienced at other waters, but never Henry's. Just my take.
