Help with rod selection

I'm looking for a new spinning rod. I'd like to be able to throw some swim baits, so it needs to be able to handle a 2+ oz lure. Aside from giant surf casting rods, I can only find spinning rods for 1 oz lures or under and it seems they only make bait casting rods that handle swimbaits nowadays...

Any thoughts on a decent rod? I also use braided line as well, so it needs fuji guides or an equivalent.

I have a new baby, so I'd like to keep this relatively cheap, so under $200 would be good... Thanks!
