Help on which Flasher to get

I have run 3 Marcums in near proximity with no issues. Just tinkered with the interference and that's really easy to do. I own a LX7 and 2 LX5s. Friends fishing a Vex or Lowrance will have problems if we are planning to fish fairly close so I lend them one of my units. Close being within 10 yds. At 20yds or so the interference goes away. Also helps if I switch to the narrow cone beam. Humminbirds don't have the interference problem in my experience. Had a friend who used one of the old Lowrance green boxes and that thing would blind any flasher within 50 yds. We chipped in and bought him a Marcum LX3 on the condition he never bring that old green monster out on the ice again.
