Lowell Ice fishing?

I was over checking it out the other day...it looks pretty solid...ice over entire lake. Water lower than last year. There is a 100 foot x300 yard section by the guest center ramp that was all broken up and shoved against the bank but has re-frozen...its a mess but should be strong? Anyone wetting lines there yet?
