I'd seriously doubt you could get there in a truck at this point. If so, you'll likely need chains for all 4 tires and I wouldn't go in a single truck. A caravan of trucks would be better so you'll have some help when you get stuck. Unless you're just looking for an adventure, the fishing there wouldn't be worth the effort.
If you're looking for big trout close to Boise, Cascade or CJ is your best bet, but they are few and far between. If you don't mind traveling a bit further you'd have better success at Magic or SFCR.
