Seems to me you have lots of options as long a you haven't already ruined the angle on the blades. I don't know about Eskimo, but Strike Master has a blade exchange program. You buy a new set of blades so you aren't down, then send the old set in to be sharpened. After that, you can just rotate blades. If you time it right, you'll always have a sharp set on hand, usually 2.

I've also had reasonable success with one of these: http://www.cabelas.com/product/StrikeMas...l+Products, but it will only work on the smooth blade, not the serated blades.
