Correction to the C.J. report. The Bruneau Arm is completely frozen over! I was there today (Tuesday 12-10-2013). The ice was 1.5 inch thick by the Cottonwood ramp but more like 3" in the coves and edges further east. Attached photo taken from Cottonwood looking NE.....
