[#0000FF]As a matter of fact, I DID write a book on "Fetchin' and Fixin' The Fishes of Utah". Early 1980s. That was about the time I was doing seminars to show folks how to prepare non-trout fishies like perch, white bass, catfish, etc. I had been handing out photocopies (remember those) and a publisher talked me into doing a small book on them. Sold like hotcakes...old moldy hotcakes made with sawdust.

I have put together separate PDF file writeups for most of my favorite recipes and have been known to send them out to those who beg and grovel properly.
Glad you liked the teen incher perch. Didn't have Bassrods' scales handy to weigh it. Probably several pounds on those scales.
