I know we are all armchair biologists but something is messed up in that lake. I don't believe it is overpopulation. There are missing year classes of fish. It could be cherry picking by ice fishermen or other factors. Henrys has gone down hill with the ice fishermen myself included. I just think a person has to look and the facts and work backwards to when it was great. That doesn't mean I won't I fish there. I will take advantage of the opportunity as long as it is there. I love ice fishing I just think it is having an effect on the long term health of the lake.

There will be ice in time for Thanksgiving. It doesn't take long.
