After many emails to IDFG, not a single person gave me correct information on this. Also asked this many times on BFT without any help. Thanks cpierce for helpful information.
I know that some people think that the small size of fish in Henry's recently is overpopulation, but if that is the case, why does it seem like the numbers of fish caught are lower. I am not basing this on studies or gillnetting or anything other than I just keep hearing lots of the same old same old of low numbers of fish being caught are lower and the fish caught are smaller overall.
