Henry's brook trout stocking

I did a quick look at the stocking reports. I didn't estimate all of them, but a few.

In 2003 they were stocking about 2 million fish. (brooks, cutts, and hybrids together)

In 2010 and 2011 they stocked about 1.5 million fish each year.

This year they have stocked just a little over a million fish. That looks to me like they have reduced the stocking in increments of a half million fish at a time. Going for 2 to 1.5 to 1. Which seems reasonable.
